Payment conditions

  • Payment to the courier upon delivery;
  • Payment by PrivatBank, Monobank card;
  • You can pay for the order at our office;
  • You can pay for an order for your loved one while in another city;
  • Payment to a current account.

Delivery conditions

Bullets are delivered in Kyiv and the region 7 days a week at the exact time. When ordering decoration of a holiday or event with balloons, our designer will come to the place free of charge and offer decoration options. We deliver the balls ourselves, so we can always replace a ball that accidentally burst.

Return policy

The goods are not subject to return, according to the Decision of the CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE dated 19 March 1994 No. 172.

It is possible to exchange the product if its appearance does not correspond to the declared one due to the fault of the seller. In this situation, the return takes place at our office from 09:00 to 21:00 Monday to Saturday and from 10:00 to 18:00 on Sunday.
